PETERBOROUGH, ON – Ricky’s All Day Grill, in partnership with the Peterborough Petes, have announced Petes’ veteran forward Mike Lomas as the Ricky’s All Day Grill Petes Player of the Week for the week ending February 1st, 2010. For his accomplishments, Mike receives a gift certificate from Ricky’s All Day Grill.Lomas, a native of Burlington, ON, was acquired in a trade early in the season by the maroon and white from the Owen Sound Attack. His play of late has brought him more playing time with the injuries to key players. Now sitting with twenty-six points on the campaign, Mike notched his seventh goal and his eighteenth and nineteenth assists this past weekend for three points in three games. Since coming over to the Petes, Lomas has improved his defensive play as well, posting a +1 rating in thirty-one games.
